Underhållschefen leder och organiserar underhållsavdelningen inom Titanx i Mjällby.

Underhållschefen ansvarar även för att arbetet inom avdelningen genomförs i enlighet med TitanX Mjällby’s policy, TitanX TiSiX Strategier och Kvalitetssystemet.

About the position

Lead HVAC Design Project for Truck OEMs for all project phases :

(design conception, project acquisition, design & development, design & product validation, and Serial production launch).

Supervise Project team with Design Engineers, CFD & FEM Analysts, Quality Engineers

Create and validate Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis ( DFMEA ), Compliance Matrix, Design Validation & Product Validation plans and keep them up to date during all project phases

Represent TitanX in Technical information exchange between TitanX & Customers, Suppliers, 3rd party test laboratories and TitanX Manufacturing plants

Main tasks and responsibilities

Responsible for Project acquisition and submitting HVAC Concept as per customer Vehicle packaging data and requirements.

Developing HVAC prototypes and testing as per CFD results to meet customer requirements.

Plastic Parts Design, Development & Supplier Interactions.

Preparation and execution of project review & CFT meetings to meet customer timeline.

Design reviews with CFT team at Concept/Design Stage

Coordination with prototype, testing, quality & manufacturing team to streamline new change implementation and to find out system related concerns & resolve the same.

Take ownership of project documentation like BOM, project timeline, Design review, DFMEA, TGR / TGW, DVP Execution, specification, risk analysis etc.

Lead Application Engineer

The Lead Application Engineer is part of the engineering service within the RD&E organisation of the EUSA Operating Unit. The Lead Application Engineer is managing the overall development and validation work linked to one or several projects that are related to one major customer or customer platform. The work includes leading the product definition and the engineering planning towards said customer. The Lead Engineer will manage functionally, when agreed with the RD&E Director, the application engineers assigned to his/ her customer platform.

Job description

As Lead Applications Engineer, you will be the technical point of contact for one or more of our products. You will use engineering tools, standardized work methodology, and the support of competent colleagues to ensure that the products we develop meet the customer requirements. You will initiate, define, and drive continuous product improvements to secure competitiveness.

Some of the tasks and responsibilities you can expect in this role include:

• Lead the product strategy within the customer platform.
• Be the customers’ technical interface.
• Lead technical meetings with customers and suppliers.
• Perform technical quote presentations to customer.
• Determine specifications and minimum testing requirements.
• Manage the design, development, and validation of the product/ product standards to respect customer specifications, supplier demands and TitanX internal requirements (QCD frames)
• Manage and in some cases perform calculations/simulations (thermal performance, FEA, CFD...).
• Develop, deliver, and implement the necessary reliability tools, such as Lessons Learned, DFMEA, Functional Analysis, DVP&R and Design Reviews.
• Support the development of the Technology Development Plan with customer specific input.

Your profile

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have at least five years of experience in a similar position where technical understanding, problem-solving, and the design of mechanical products/components are key. If you have also worked according to IATF16949, we will be especially happy. We believe that your genuine technical interest led you to pursue higher education in engineering or a related field. You are fluent in English and have good communication skills.

Others describe you as a skilled problem-solver who takes responsibility for your tasks. Your current colleagues also appreciate your ability to maintain clarity in complex projects.

The Key account and Project Manager is accountable for ensuring that the Customer Development vision is carried out in the Customer Development Team to ensure sustainable and profitable growth. Included in this scope is project quality, timing, capex and intangible cost, as well as variable margin and overall satisfaction related to the customer.

The Key account and Project Manager must actively support TiSIX, Ti10, Project Handbook and TSDP, IATF16959, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and support all necessary activities to fully implement all management systems into all aspects of TitanX operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage his/her Team to drive profitable new business opportunities as well as improve profitability of existing contracts.
2. Develop and implement plans to obtain new profitable business within existing customer base.
3. Prepare and present project status to PMC and PSC if escalation needed, prepare monthly status reports.
4. Utilize the program management tools found in the TitanX Structured Development Process (TSDP) to manage and launch all assigned projects successfully, which is defined as being on time and at or below committed levels for costs and investment with targeted quality
5. Develop and update the risk analysis and the project management plan. Continuously manage project team to reduce overall risk on the projects assigned. Escalate when necessary
6. Lead multi-disciplinary project teams to provide for the completion of tasks outlined in the time plan in accordance with customer milestones.
7. Propose annual Tech Prod budget and maintain rolling 12-month forecast for his/her platform

SUGGESTED REQUIREMENT PROFILE

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technical field; MBA preferred; five (5) years of work experience in business development, sales, marketing or project management with a focus on the Heavy Truck Market. A technical background would be a significant asset; good judgment and analytical skills; ability to generate future business; specialized training within product line; sustained record of sales achievement and complete knowledge of the organization's policies and products.

Education & Professional experience:

Bachelor or Masters degree (Sales,Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, Purchasing or Engineering)

Vi söker nu maskinoperatörer, ugnsoperatörer, svetsare och monteringspersonal.

Man arbetar i nära samarbete med produktionstekniker, logistikpersonal som servar produktionen med packning och underhåll.

Hos oss i Mjällby kommer du att arbeta i ett väl utvecklat förbättrings- och kvalitetssystem där du får eget ansvar och möjlighet att förbättra processerna. Men först blir du upplärd på plats - för vissa av de mer komplicerade processerna börjar träningen direkt.

Dina kompetenser och egenskaper

Svetsare: Industriprogram, inriktning svets. Erfarenhet av aluminiumsvetsning är meriterade.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Financial controller will be the controller for the costs at the site and his work will include preparing budgets, forecast, tracking the actual costs cost, foresee the possible deviations and support the teams on the timely actions to ensure forecast is met , He/She would be working as co-pilot along with Site managers for achieving the required profitability
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Preparation of the monthly, Quarterly and yearly financial reports (MIS, Forecast, budget, actuals)
· Working on tracking Global commodities, impact on site profitability and actions to protect margins
· Detailed overview , analysis and tracking of the key costs at Site and actions to improve profitability
· Should be hands-on regarding make versus buy, business cases etc.
· Work according to TISIX core strategies, TitanX financial policy and strategies,
· Coordination of Audits with the local and Group Auditors
· Follow up with Customers for recovery of overdue amounts and support the operational teams on Inventory reduction activities
REQUIREMENT PROFILE
• Minimum 8 to 10 years’ work experience and his most recent experience should be of controller of a manufacturing company preferably Automotive
• Knowledge of SAP would be added advantage
• Strong track record in understanding IFRS standards
• experience to deal with Big 4 Auditors

Mission:

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Metallurgist is part of the Advanced Engineering (AE) department, within the R&D organization at Group level.
He/she Metallurgist brings expertise in the material laboratory to conduct metallographic analysis, and maintain and improve the analysis methods and associated tools.
He/she also participates in the development of new material standards, test or analysis methods, in collaboration with relevant departments inside TitanX and with external partners, suppliers, universities and laboratories.
Projects may contain a certain amount of research, new developments or new technologies applied to TitanX products, where the Metallurgist will need to acquire and develop new skills through training, OJT and own research. When improvements are needed for a given method, the work will be performed as a project for which the Metallurgist will act as lead investigator, in parallel to regular customer application engineering project work and support.
A regional materials development plan will be developed and maintained, within the frame of the global Technology Development Plan, to continuously improve available materials, knowledge, data, test and analysis methods and standards pertaining to the metallic materials used within TitanX.
Besides project-related activities, the Metallurgist performs generic department activities such as continuous improvement, benchmarking, technology-watch and training in his/her fields of competence, in particular when new methods are being introduced in the standard toolbox.
REQUIREMENT PROFILE:
- Minimum Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at university or engineering school with focus on Metallurgy or Material Science
- 10 years practical experience in aluminium material development for automotive components, preferably rolled aluminium
- Working knowledge of brazing processes, preferably CAB
- Presentation and report skills in MS Office
- Competences in Research & Development and Project Management
- Can fluently communicate in English, both in speech and in written. Swedish is a plus.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work in accordance with TISIX, the Constant Innovation Policy, Project Handbook, ISO TS16949 (Quality management system) as well as existing internal policies & procedures applying to RD&E
Manage the design, development, and validation of the product/ product standards to respect customer specifications, supplier demands and TitanX internal requirements (QCD frames)
Create the necessary technical documentation for each component and module in the projects (CAD 3D-models, 2D-drawings, BOM, DVP&R, …)
Ensure respect of existing standards and specifications in the design work. In case those standards or specifications cannot be fulfilled, the application engineer makes sure to, in accordance with existing procedures, get an approved de-standardization request. When applicable, updates to existing standards are proposed
Manage and in some cases perform calculations/simulations (thermal performance, FEA, CFD...) for optimization purpose. In cases simulations are performed on its own, before distribution of results, the engineer makes sure the results are reviews by a specialist
Develop, deliver and implement the necessary reliability tools, such as Lessons Learned, Design and Installation FMEAs, Functional Analysis, DVP&R and Design Reviews
Perform Value Analysis, DFA/DFM and Design To Costs
Initiate simulation-, test- and prototype requests
Write DV-reports (to be approved by N+1 manager before distribution)
Coordinate design changes (Engineering Change Management)
Evaluate and approve prototypes and/ or mock-ups before delivery
Take part to the evaluation and approval of the PPAP for in-going parts, components and modules

The Lead Application Engineer is part of the engineering service within the RD&E organisation of the EUSA Operating Unit. The Lead Application Engineer is managing the overall development and validation work linked to one or several projects that are related to one major customer or customer platform. The work includes leading the product definition and the engineering planning towards said customer. The Lead Engineer will manage functionally, when agreed with the RD&E Director, the application engineers assigned to his/ her customer platform.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Your role

The AE Engineer is part of the Advanced Engineering (AE) department, within the Research & Development (R&D) organization at TitanX Group level. Projects may contain a certain amount of research, new developments or new technologies applied to TitanX products, where the AE Engineer will acquire and develop new skills through training, OJT and own research.

Your role
You drive the development & validation of new products, new technologies or evolutions of existing ones, including the associated engineering tools, coordinating said activities with all relevant departments inside TitanX and with external partners.
The development work is done in project form, where the AE Engineer’s work is to initiate, plan, conduct and coordinate the research, development, design and validation activities that are necessary to drive a concept from idea to mock-ups and prototypes for delivery and further testing, or ready for standardization activities, or direct application in customer application projects. For new systems where customer specifications do not exist, the AE Engineer will develop internal TitanX product requirements along with the project.
Depending on their scope, some projects will have a dedicated project manager while in some other projects the AE Engineer will perform those activities as well. In particular, Senior AE Engineers are expected to show a high level of autonomy in managing the projects they are assigned to.
